Hieu Hoang

Hieu Hoang is an accomplished data science professional with extensive experience, currently serving as a Senior Engineer at WorldQuant since February 2023. Prior to this role, Hieu worked as a Data Scientist at TP&P Technology, leading the design and development of an NLP engine for review text analytics and contributing to a data platform for customer review analytics for a UK private equity firm. Previous experiences include data scientist roles at FPT Telecom and marketing science trainee at Kantar Millward Brown, alongside internships in market research and training development. Hieu holds a Master of Science in Econometrics and Quantitative Economics from Kiel University and a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Accounting from Goethe University Frankfurt, supplemented by coursework at the Vietnamese-German University.
