Junyu Zhu is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in quantitative research and investment strategies. Currently serving as Regional Research Director, VP of Research, and Senior Quantitative Researcher at WorldQuant since November 2015, Junyu Zhu has previously held the position of Trading Desk Associate at Premium Point Investments from June 2013 to October 2015. In this role, responsibilities included maintaining and providing P&L/risk reports for a $2bn+ RMBS focused hedge fund, developing collateral pricing tools, and building credit predictive models through cohort analysis. Junyu Zhu holds a Master of Science in Financial Engineering from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematical Economics from Fudan University, with additional studies at Stanford University.
