Radu Teodorescu

Radu Teodorescu currently serves as Director of Data Technology at WorldQuant since June 2020, previously holding the position of Vice President of Data Technology at Deephaven Data Labs from July 2018 to May 2020. Prior experience includes roles such as Head of Quant Research Environment at KCG Holdings, Inc. from October 2016 to July 2018, and Head of Core Strategies at BlueMountain Capital Management from November 2013 to July 2016. Radu's career began with software development roles at Precache, Lehman Brothers, and Walleye Software, culminating in extensive expertise across the financial technology sector. Radu earned a Master’s degree in Computer Science from the University of California, Davis and holds a degree from the University POLITEHNICA of Bucharest.
