Sriram Vanama

Sriram Vanama has over a decade of experience in the finance and technology sectors, currently serving as a Portfolio Manager & Execution Specialist at WorldQuant LLC since October 2014. Prior to this role, Sriram held similar positions at Millennium Capital Partners and worked at Nomura Securities in various capacities including Associate and Analyst. Sriram began a career in finance after briefly working as an Analyst at Lehman Brothers and conducting research as a Research Intern at Bell Labs Research in India, where a scalable regular expression matching algorithm was designed and published in ACM SIGMOD 2008. Sriram holds a B.Tech in Computer Science from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras, completed in 2008.
