Luba Botcheva

Luba Botcheva is the Director of Impact and Evaluation at Worldreader, where they are part of the global leadership team responsible for the design and implementation of evaluation and applied research projects. Previously, Luba served as the Director of Strategic Projects at the Mental Health Association of San Francisco, leading initiatives focused on fundraising and community engagement. With a Ph.D. in Developmental Psychology from Lomonosov Moscow State University and an M.A. in Counseling Psychology from the California Institute of Integral Studies, Luba has a rich academic background complemented by a rigorous career in program evaluation and social innovation. Luba has been featured in numerous publications for their work in applied social research.
