Andreas Armstrong

Andreas Armstrong is a Senior Machine Learning Engineer at Zepz and WorldRemit since November 2022, with prior experience as a Senior Data Scientist and Product Owner at Lloyds Banking Group from September 2019 to November 2022. Andreas completed a Graduate Data Science scheme at Lloyds, progressing from Data Engineer to senior roles. Previous work includes a Data Scientist position at the British Medical Association, where an XGBoost Classification model for predicting customer churn was developed and deployed on Microsoft Azure. Early experience includes roles as a Junior Project Analyst and an Electronic Engineering Intern, coupled with various roles in distribution and dental assistance during studies. Andreas holds a Master of Engineering degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Bristol, where studies were completed between 2013 and 2017.
