Jake U. is currently the Director of FDE Architecture and Partner Engineering at Worlds, where they lead a high-impact team to build custom, field-deployable solutions and enhance technical enablement across the partner ecosystem. Previously, they served as Senior Director of R&D at NoiseAware, focusing on aligning R&D initiatives with business strategy and driving significant improvements in engineering efficiency. With a decade of experience in product development, Jake began their career as a Petty Officer in the US Navy and has held various key roles at NoiseAware, including Head of Engineering, where they managed large teams and oversaw complex projects. Jake holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from The University of Texas at Dallas.
