Justin Block has worked in a variety of roles since 2019. Justin began their career as a Service Technician at The Reynolds and Reynolds Company in 2019. In 2020, they worked as a Controls Hardware Engineering Co-op at Trane, where they were deemed essential personnel and worked 6 months in person and 2 months remotely through the pandemic. During this time, they programmed an Arduino Microcontroller for a custom PCB used to test new prototype controls systems, and self-taught Excel macros (Visual Basic for Applications) to automate the comparison of spreadsheets with thousands of lines of data. Justin also conducted hands-on electrical engineering for quality assurance (Q&A) and new product development (R&D) for HVAC controls hardware. In 2022, they began working as a Cybersecurity Analyst and Cybersecurity Intern at Worlds.

Justin Block is currently enrolled at Texas A&M University, pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree in Electronic Systems Engineering Technology with a Cybersecurity Minor. Justin is expected to graduate in 2022. In addition to their university studies, Justin has obtained a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certification from ASQ - World Headquarters in December 2020 and a NCL Spring 2022 Individual Game Certification from Cyber Skyline in April 2022.
