Lee is responsible for IT Architecture, Emerging Technologies, and Analytics at Tyson Foods. His work is focused on driving business outcomes leveraging technology to drive insights and outcomes. This work includes a deep focus on technology strategy, where Lee provides thought leadership on Information Technology design principles and standards with a heavy focus on advanced analytics. As a part of this, Lee works closely across the IT functions and business organizations to ensure IT roadmaps and technology strategy align with business capability roadmaps. Prior to coming to Tyson Foods, Lee spent 26 years at Hewlett Packard in numerous technology and leadership roles within the company. A large portion of the work was within the Inkjet Business Unit with time in manufacturing, operations, engineering and Information Technology. This work required extensive travel throughout the world with a considerable time spent across Asia in Singapore, Japan, India, Malaysia, and China. In Lee’s last role at Hewlett Packard, he oversaw several key Information Technology Functional areas, specifically Marketing, Human Resources, Real Estate and End User Experience as a Director of Information Technology Lee holds a BS in Information Systems and has expertise in several technology disciplines including software engineering, design, and development.
