Marc Domingo

Marc Domingo has a long and varied work experience. From 2005 to 2022, they have worked for a number of companies in various roles. From 2005 to 2006, they worked as a System Administrator for the Síndic de Greuges de Catalunya. From 2006 to 2010, they worked as a Research Programmer and Laboratory Consultant of the subject ASD (Arquitecture of Distributed Systems) for UOC. From 2010 to 2014, they worked as a Trainee at DEBII for Curtin University of Technology and as a Research Assistant for Technische Universität Berlin. From 2016 to 2017, they worked as a Higher Level Education Teacher (CFGS and CFGM) for INS Escola del Treball. From 2017 to 2021, they worked as a Higher Level Education Teacher (TFGS and CFGM) for Institut Esteve Terradas I Illa. From 2011 to 2021, they worked for Worldsensing, first as a Firmware Developer and Devices Lead and Firmware Engineer, and then as an Embedded Software Tech. Leader. Finally, from 2021 to 2022, they worked as a Senior Software Engineer (Embedded) for Midokura.

Marc Domingo has a long and varied educational history. Marc attended Escola Barcelona from 1990 to 1998, followed by Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya from 2004 to 2008, where they obtained a degree in Computer Engineering. Marc then attended Universitat Oberta de Catalunya from 2013 to 2017, where they obtained a Doctor of Philosophy in Computer Science. In addition, they have obtained certifications from Coursera in Convolutional Neural Networks, Improving Deep Neural Networks: Hyperparameter Tuning, Regularization and Optimization, Neural Networks and Deep Learning, and Structuring Machine Learning Projects, all obtained in 2022.
