Marcia Phares has over 35 years of experience in the travel technology industry, primarily with Travelport, where from June 2007 to September 2023, Marcia served as the Product Owner for Car Rental, managing multiple hospitality products and collaborating with teams across the United States, India, and Europe using the Scaled Agile Framework. Prior to this, Marcia held the position of Senior Messaging Analyst / API Consultant, acting as the primary point of contact for top e-commerce clients and their technical teams. Marcia's tenure with Travelport began in 1989 with Worldspan, where significant roles included Senior Product Specialist, Help Desk Support Specialist, and Help Desk Counselor, focusing on car rental and hotel systems. Education was completed at Pars Travel College in 1988.
