Cara Bolin

Cara Bolin has a diverse work experience spanning over 14 years. Cara is currently working as the Director of Sales at WorldStrides since March 2020. Prior to this, they worked at Explorica from 2012 to 2020, starting as a Senior Client Experience Manager/Internal Development Coordinator and later serving as a Sales Manager and Sales Director. Cara'sresponsibilities in these roles included account management, sales training, sales system enhancements, and group size growth. Cara also worked at Explorica from 2007 to 2012, holding positions as a Senior Sales Executive, Team Lead/Senior Sales Executive, where they coached a bilingual sales team and conducted sales skill training. Additionally, Cara Bolin worked as a Cruise/Travel Consultant at World Travel Holdings in 2006, where they converted inbound calls and provided travel consultations.

Cara Bolin graduated from Boston University in 2005 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Anthropology. In 2012, they completed the Instructional Design Certificate of IEP Completion Program at the American Management Association. Currently, Cara is pursuing a Sales Enablement Certification at HubSpot Academy, which they started in 2021.
