David Shaw

David Shaw possesses a diverse professional background, leveraging extensive experience in project management, policy analysis, and international relations. Notable positions include Project Manager at the American Public Human Services Association, Policy Analyst with the National Governors Association, and Business Development Manager at Unisys. Currently, David serves as an International Visitor Liaison for the U.S. Department of State, where responsibilities include escorting foreign leaders on tours across the United States. Additionally, David owns Off the Record Tours, providing unique and private tours of Washington. David holds a Master’s Degree in Social Work from Bryn Mawr College and a Bachelor of Science from Elizabethtown College.
