Mark Gallovic

Vice President, Strategic Partnerships, Worldstrides Higher Education at WorldStrides

Mark Gallovic has extensive experience in the field of international education and strategic partnerships. Mark is currently the Vice President of Strategic Partnerships for WorldStrides Higher Education and is responsible for developing partnerships in the higher education sector. Prior to this, they held various leadership roles at International Studies Abroad (ISA), including Vice President of University Partnerships. Mark also served as the Director of Education Abroad at UNC Wilmington and as an Assistant Director of International Programs at Arizona State University. In addition, Mark has been actively involved with NAFSA: Association of International Educators, serving as the Chair of NAFSA Academy. Their career in international education began at the Institute for Study Abroad, where they held roles as an Associate Director for Academic Affairs and Program Coordinator.

Mark Gallovic obtained a Bachelor of Science and Bachelor of Arts degree in International Studies and Spanish from Miami University from 1989 to 1993. Mark then went on to earn a Master of Education degree in Higher Education from Arizona State University, where they attended from 2002 to 2006. Additionally, they obtained a certification as an ASU+GSV Summit 2023 Attendee from ASU+GSV Summit in 2023.
