Bryan Padgett

Bryan Padgett is a mission-driven leader with over 20 years of experience in the nonprofit sector. Currently serving as the Director of Mobilization and Mentoring at WorldVenture, Bryan works with churches and campus ministries to equip the next generation of cross-cultural workers. Previously, Bryan held roles such as Director of Mission Mobilization at Redeemer Lubbock and Pastor at Redeemer Stillwater, where they developed community outreach programs and spearheaded church growth initiatives. Bryan holds a Bachelor of Science in Speech Communications from Oklahoma State University.
