Luis Nova

Luis Nova is an experienced infrastructure engineer currently working at WorldWide Seguros since June 2019, where responsibilities include managing physical and virtual servers, overseeing cloud resources, and ensuring network security through backup management, UTM firewalls, and antivirus solutions. Prior to this role, Luis served as a Technical Support professional at Grupo Mercasid from July 2017 to June 2019, and as a Digital Forensic Analyst at the Instituto Nacional de Ciencias Forense from July 2014 to July 2017. Luis started the career in technical support with Amov Teleservices in early 2014. Academically, Luis holds a Master's degree in Cybersecurity from CEUPE - European Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering from Universidad Dominicana O&M, along with a diploma in Database Administration with Microsoft SQL from Universidad Psicología Industrial Dominicana.
