Nils Pean is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in digital transformation and project management. Currently serving as IT Manager at WORMS Safety since April 2019, Nils leads the IT department in executing innovative strategies that enhance operational processes and achieve cost efficiencies. Nils has successfully spearheaded the digitalization of the "Albhades" laboratory through ERP implementation and has a proven track record in developing high-performing IT teams, improving systems through the use of Agile methodologies, and implementing AWS cloud infrastructures during a prior role as Information Technology Officer at API - Asia Pacific Inspection Ltd.
