Real estate agents spend most of their day on the move, and most of every transaction on admin: follow-ups, scheduling, paperwork, compliance. Roughly three-quarters of the work in a deal has nothing to do with clients - and it's where deals slow down and good leads go cold. One agent told us the thing she fears most is missing a new-lead email, because that one message might have been a $20,000 commission.

Worthington is a purpose-built AI system for real estate agents - an operating system for running their business. Agents reach him the way they'd reach a trusted assistant, via chat or over the phone. He monitors the inbox and drafts replies in the agent's voice, keeps the calendar and tasks in order, works with the CRM the agent already uses, and handles the admin in the background. He learns each agent's business over time - their clients, how they qualify a lead, how they communicate - so the longer he works for someone, the more useful he becomes. The agent stays in control: Worthington prepares the work, then gets approval before anything that matters goes out.

Over time, Worthington will hold the whole shape of an agent's business - every contact, deal, date, and document - and handle the routine work that moves each deal forward. The agent will review and approve anything that needs human judgment or a real estate license. Worthington becomes, not another tool to manage, but the system realtors run their business on.
