Ryosuke Adachi has accumulated extensive experience in human resources and organizational development. They began their career as a Shipping Coordinator at NYK Line from 2015 to 2017 before moving to Shizen Energy Group, where they served as a Human Resources Associate from 2017 to 2018. They then progressed to various leadership roles within Shizen Energy Group, ultimately becoming the HR&GA Department Head from 2022 to 2023. Currently, Ryosuke is the HR Planning, Recruitment, and Human Development Department Head at WOTA Inc., a position they have held since 2025.
