John Paolini

John Paolini is a seasoned creative leader and partner currently serving as the Chief Creative Officer at Sullivan since 2022. With a strong background in brand and experience design, they previously held roles as Executive Creative Director at Sullivan from 2004 to 2022, Creative Director at Siegel+Gale from 1999 to 2003, and Design Director at Waters Design Associates from 1995 to 1999. John co-founded Good with: Money in 2020, a financial wellbeing app aimed at helping individuals improve their relationship with money. Additionally, they are an active board member for the College of Fine Arts Leadership Council at Ohio University and the VCU Foundation at Virginia Commonwealth University. John holds a BFA in Graphic Design and Art History from Ohio University and an MFA in Communication Arts from Virginia Commonwealth University.
