Mark Chapman

Mark Chapman has extensive experience in education and property management, currently serving as Property Manager and Digital Marketing Director at Foster Place Properties since August 2007. His responsibilities include coordinating leasing and property management tasks while focusing on tenant communications and marketing strategies. Mark's background includes roles as a Personal Financial Advisor at Snider, Fuller and Stroh, where personalized financial plans were developed, and as a High School Social Studies Educator at Athens City Schools, where Mark designed curriculum for Economics and Personal Finance. Additional teaching experience includes positions at Ohio University as an Adjunct Instructor and as a Social Studies Teacher at Athens High School. Mark holds a Bachelor's degree from Ohio University and a Master's degree from The Ohio State University, along with leadership training from Leadership Athens County.
