As a full service management organization with a deep understanding of the industry, we are able to assist clients through every aspect of starting and running a center.  For hospital outpatient departments, our team can easily help with everything from the market assessment, financial analysis, design and construction of the center, recruiting and employing the providers and staff in the center, devising and implementing policies and procedures, managing the revenue cycle process, to sourcing equipment and driving supply chain initiatives.
