Amber Bond has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Amber began their career as a Workforce Coordinator at ADT Security Services in 2004, where they were responsible for maintaining employee information, forecasting staffing needs, and monitoring phone states for compliance. In 2013, they joined ISGF - Recruiting Excellence as a Traffic Analyst contractor, working primarily for Florida Blue. Their role involved utilizing various software tools to ensure real-time staffing for meeting service level goals. Amber later joined Florida Blue directly in 2013 as a Workforce Analyst, where they continued to support workforce management activities until 2018. Most recently, Amber Bond worked as a Resource Center Business Analyst at Wounded Warrior Project starting in 2018.

Amber Bond's education history begins in 1999 when they started attending Metropolitan Community College. Amber obtained an associate's degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies from there in 2009. Following that, from 2009 to 2012, they attended the University of North Florida, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Anthropology - Archaeology. Later, in 2016 to 2017, Amber pursued additional education at Florida State College at Jacksonville, focusing on prerequisites for an undisclosed field of study.
