Christopher Dacy

Christopher Dacy has a diverse work experience that spans over several industries. Christopher started their career in 2001 as a Counterintelligence Special Agent in the US Army, where they conducted investigations and received specialized training in intelligence and counterintelligence. Christopher worked in this role until 2010. In 2010, they joined Divers Direct as a Sales Associate for a year. In 2011, Christopher briefly worked as a SCUBA diving instructor at Florida Keys Community College.

From 2013 to 2014, they served as the President of SCUBA Vets, Inc., where they provided SCUBA sales and instruction services in Tallahassee, FL and surrounding areas. During this time, they also facilitated PADI certification for successful dive students.

In 2014, they joined the Wounded Warrior Project, initially as an Outreach Coordinator until 2016, and then as an Alumni Manager until 2020. Currently, Christopher serves as an Outreach Specialist at the Wounded Warrior Project.

Christopher Dacy began their education journey by obtaining an Associate's Degree in Dive Business & Technology from Florida Keys Community College in 2010-2011. Christopher then pursued further education at Tallahassee Community College, where they acquired another Associate's Degree in General Studies from 2011 to 2012. Christopher's educational pursuits culminated in a Bachelor's Degree in Social Sciences from Florida State University, where they studied from 2012 to 2014.

Additionally, Christopher Dacy obtained several certifications to enhance their skills and knowledge. Christopher completed the "Certificate of Completion in Taking On Greater Responsibility for Non-Managers" at the American Management Association in April 2016. In February 2016, they also received certificates of completion for Outlook 2013 - Part 1 and Part 2 from New Horizons Computer Learning Centers. Christopher obtained the Visual Cylinder Inspector certification from PSI - Professional Scuba Inspectors in November 2015. Furthermore, they earned the "Certificate of Completion in The 5 Choices to Extraordinary Productivity" in September 2015, the "Certificate of Completion in Doing It All: How to Stay Focused and Engaged" in April 2015, and the "Certificate of Completion in The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People" in December 2014, all from the American Management Association. Lastly, Christopher Dacy became an IDC Staff Instructor certified by PADI in May 2012.
