Michael Shilo has a diverse work experience spanning from 1989 to present. Michael started their career with the US Army and served in various roles, including Law Enforcement, Command Sergeant Major, Senior Training and Project Advisor, Senior Advisor and Leadership, and Service School Student. In these roles, they provided strategic advisement, training support, and leadership to military personnel, civilian employees, and contractors. Michael also managed a workforce of 250 to 350 employees, addressed medical and legal needs of personnel, resolved conflicts, and ensured compliance with time constraints. Additionally, Michael Shilo worked as the Directorate of Emergency Services Manager of Operations, where they supervised a directorate consisting of eleven law enforcement divisions and oversaw daily law enforcement commitments. More recently, Michael Shilo joined the Wounded Warrior Project as an Outreach Specialist in 2020.
Michael Shilo has a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Excelsior University. Michael also holds an Associate of Science - AS degree in General Studies, also obtained from Excelsior University.
