Mick Smith

Mick Smith is an experienced data analyst currently serving at Wounded Warrior Project since January 2022. Previously, Smith worked as a Missile Defense Assessment Analyst at Man-Machine Systems Assessment from November 2017 to December 2021 and held positions as a lecturer in mathematics at the University of Alabama in Huntsville and consulting roles in mathematics and statistics. Smith's extensive background includes senior operations research and analysis roles in various capacities with the US Army, as well as significant teaching experience as an adjunct professor of mathematics at Florida SouthWestern State College and as an assistant professor at West Point. Smith earned a PhD in Statistics from Florida State University, a Master of Science in Operations Research from Georgia Institute of Technology, and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Davidson College.
