Robert S. Klinger, LUTCF, CPIA serves as the President and CEO of Klinger Insurance Group, alongside roles on the 2025 Agents Council at GEICO and the 2025 Agency Council. With a strong commitment to community service, Robert is a Board Member for the Boys and Girls Club of Greater Washington and actively participates in the Maryland Insurance Administration Producer Licensing Advisory Board. As the founder of Premium Finance Agency, Robert specializes in financial insurance premiums nationwide. Memberships also include the Asian American Chamber of Commerce, Frederick County Association of Realtors, Greater Capital Area Association of Realtors, Frederick County Chamber of Commerce, and the Wounded Warrior Project. Robert's educational background includes a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice with a minor in Psychology from PennWest Edinboro and additional military training from Officer Candidate School.
