Simon Williams

Simon Williams has extensive work experience in the fields of data analytics, strategy, and technology. Simon is currently the Founder of WovenLight, a private equity firm that utilizes modern analytic techniques to drive returns for investors and growth for portfolio companies. Prior to this, they were a Co-Founder at QuantumBlack, a data-driven performance firm that was acquired by McKinsey & Co in 2015. Simon also served as the CEO of SmithBayes, a position they held from 2006 to 2009. Prior to that, they were a Partner at Kleindahl from 2002 to 2006. Simon founded Nerve Wireless in 2000, and held the role of Founder until 2001. Simon also served as the VP of Strategy & Technology at ABN AMRO Bank from 1998 to 2000, and as a Global Product Manager at Reuters from 1993 to 1998.

Simon Williams attended Kingston University from 1989 to 1992, where they pursued a BSc 2:1 degree in Geographical Information Systems.
