Jun Chen

Jun Chen has extensive work experience in the field of data architecture and data science. They are currently working as a Principal Data Architect at WOW! Internet, Cable & Phone since February 2021. Previously, they worked as a Data Scientist at Kforce/Charter Communications from August 2020 to February 2021. Jun Chen also had a long tenure at OppenheimerFunds, where they served as a Lead Solutions Technologist from November 2004 to July 2020. In this role, they were responsible for creating a centralized master data repository, designing and implementing data warehouse solutions, and fostering scalable architecture. Prior to that, Jun Chen worked as a Lead Software Engineer at Time Warner Telecom from April 2001 to November 2004. In this position, they were involved in the development and migration of a web-based product-ordering system.

Jun Chen has a Bachelor of Science degree in Materials Science from Shanghai Jiao Tong University. Jun Chen also holds a Master of Science degree in Computer Science from South Dakota Mines.
