Mark Munro

Mark Munro is currently the Senior Sales Enablement Manager at WOW! Internet, Cable, and Phone, overseeing all Sales Enablement functions across the organization. Previously, they held various sales roles, including Sales Associate at hhgregg and Best Buy, and served as a Market Training Specialist for Sony and LG at MarketStar, where they enhanced brand awareness and sell-through. Mark’s experience also includes project management to accelerate sales growth at WOW! and managing a team of sales administrators. Additionally, they are a member of the Sales Enablement Society, working to promote standards in the sales enablement profession. Mark is pursuing education at The Ohio State University, Columbus State, and Trailhead by Salesforce.
