Nici Ball

Nici Ball is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in quality assurance and testing. Currently serving as the Manager of IT Quality Engineering at WOW! Internet, Cable & Phone since October 2020, Nici has been instrumental in overseeing IT quality initiatives. Prior to this role, Nici spent nearly four decades at CenturyLink, advancing from a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer to a Senior Manager of QA & Testing. In that capacity, Nici provided direction for the design, development, and implementation of testing methodologies for complex products and systems, collaborating closely with testing and software development teams to ensure comprehensive system test requirements were met.
