Sofia Hnidets

Sofia Hnidets has over 15 years of work experience in the field of human resources and insurance. Sofia currently works at WOW24-7 as the Head Of Human Resources, a position they have held since January 2022. Before that, they were the HR Manager at WOW24-7 from May 2021 to December 2021. Prior to joining WOW24-7, Sofia worked at Vodafone as a Team Lead for six years from March 2015 to May 2021. Sofia also had experience at YurianCapital, insurance broker, where they held the role of Head Of Department of obligatory types of insurance from September 2007 to April 2012.

Sofia Hnidets began their education in 2000 at State University 'Lviv Polytechnics' where they studied Ecology for a year. In 2001, they enrolled at the National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy and pursued a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, completing their studies in 2005. Following this, Sofia attended Lviv Forestry University from 2005 to 2007 and obtained a Master's degree in Ecological economics. In 2021, Sofia enrolled in Lviv IT school to study HR in IT essentials, but the degree name is not mentioned.

Aside from their formal education, Sofia obtained certification in the EF Standard English Test (EF SET) in April 2023.
