Jean Boland has extensive experience in human resources and organizational development, serving in various leadership roles. Notably, Jean held positions at WOWorks, LLC from December 2019 to November 2021, including Chief People & Culture Officer and Chief People Officer. Jean also served as Vice President of Human Resources at WOWorks. After this, Jean became the Chief People Officer at OMS360 from November 2021 to April 2022. Prior experience includes Vice President of Human Resources at Santek Waste Services, LLC from September 2015 to January 2019, and Senior Director of HR and Leadership Development at BrightStar Care from October 2014 to June 2015. Jean Boland earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from American InterContinental University.
