Brian Mogeni

Brian Mogeni has a strong background in business development and launching new initiatives in the technology industry. Brian is currently the Co-Founder and CEO of Wowzi, a position they have held since June 2019. Prior to that, they worked at Opera Software as the Director of Business Development from February 2018 to June 2019.

Before their role at Opera Software, Brian served as the City Launcher for Africa at Mondo Ride from April 2016 to March 2018. Brian was responsible for expanding the company's presence in Africa.

Brian also gained experience at Easy Taxi, where they held multiple roles. Brian served as the City Launcher for Kenya from June 2015 to April 2016, before transitioning to the role of Head of Digital Marketing from April 2014 to May 2015.

Brian's career started at Accenture, where they interned in the strategy division. During their internship from May 2011 to July 2011, Brian worked on a Vision 2030 project for the Ministry of Information, Communications & Technology in Kenya.

From 2012 to 2015, Brian Mogeni pursued their Bachelor's Degree in International Business Administration at United States International University - Africa. During their studies, they specialized in both Management and Entrepreneurship through a double concentration in these fields.
