Alex Kosub

Alex Kosub has extensive experience in customer success and onboarding management at WP Engine, having held various key positions since April 2015, including Director of Customer Success and Head of Onboarding and Operations. Responsibilities include managing a team of Onboarding Managers, fostering a positive team environment, and overseeing key performance metrics to enhance the customer experience. Prior to WP Engine, Alex worked as an independent contractor musician from May 2008 to January 2017, serving as Tour Manager and Production Manager. Alex completed education at Clark High School from 2004 to 2008.
