Cathal mac Donnacha

Cathal Mac Donnacha began their work experience as a Frontend Engineer at Avaya in June 2012, where they worked until August 2020. Then, in August 2020, they joined WP Engine as a Senior Frontend Engineer. Cathal subsequently held the position of Senior Staff Frontend Engineer from October 2021 to October 2023. Currently, Cathal is serving as the Principal Frontend Engineer at WP Engine, starting in October 2023.

Cathal Mac Donnacha completed a Honours Software Development Degree in Computer Software Engineering at the Galway-Mayo Institute of Technology from 2008 to 2014. Additionally, they obtained a certification as an Open Water Diver from Scuba Schools International.
