Charles Southerland

Charles Southerland is a Senior Staff Software Engineer specializing in DevOps at WP Engine since November 2015. With previous experience as a Software Developer at Who Is On My WiFi, Charles developed a multi-architecture cloud-enabled network scanner and a simplified OpenWRT user interface. As the Founder and Developer at Mufact, Charles initiated a multi-factor authentication system project, which is currently on hold. Charles has also served as a Senior Data Engineer at ONEsite, where innovative solutions were created for data management, and as a Web Developer at Pre-Paid Legal Services, Inc., developing JSR-286 portlets. Charles's earlier roles include Linux Systems Administrator at CenSARA and various positions during the early career, culminating in a B.Sc. in Computer Science from East Central University.
