Courtney Dickson is an experienced program management lead currently at WP Engine since December 2021, with prior roles as a senior program manager and scrum master within the Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO). From May 2018 to November 2021, Courtney served as a project manager and scrum master at Lone Wolf Technologies, guiding agile teams through various frameworks and facilitating essential project management ceremonies. Before this, Courtney worked at Fidelity Investments from January 2016 to May 2018 as a software development engineer in test, and as an associate quality assurance engineer, gaining expertise in development, testing, and automation. An early internship at Fidelity in 2015 provided foundational skills in technology and teamwork. Courtney holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the University of North Texas.
