Dan White

Dan White is an experienced professional in technical support and music community leadership, currently serving as the Director of Technical Support at WP Engine since January 2021, after holding various roles including Sr. Manager and US Regional Support Manager. Dan is also the Founder of The Keys Collective, a music community aimed at fostering piano skills among musicians. Prior experience includes multiple leadership positions at Flywheel, where contributions led to significant improvements in support metrics and team retention. Dan's earlier endeavors encompass roles at 402 Arts Collective and Geek Squad, with a strong foundation in music production and biblical studies, supported by education from Berklee College of Music Online and Heartland Christian College. Currently, Dan is enhancing skills through Google’s Project Management Courses.
