Darragh Bourke

Darragh Bourke has extensive experience in technical support and customer service roles, most notably as an L2 Technical Support Specialist at WP Engine since January 2017, where the focus is on enhancing digital experiences on WordPress. Prior to this, Darragh held the position of L1 Technical Support Specialist at the same company and worked as a Customer Support Representative for Stripe at Voxpro. Darragh also has entrepreneurial experience as the Managing Director of Paw Pals, an online platform for pet owners. Previous roles include Bar Supervisor at Masterchefs Hospitality, Settlements Administrator at Friends Provident International, and Sales Assistant at Superquinn. Darragh holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Fintech and a Higher Diploma in Software Development from the University of Limerick, along with a Bachelor of Business Studies in Risk Management and Economics.
