Edwin Elias

Edwin Elias currently serves as an Onboarding Manager at WP Engine, where responsibilities include providing maintenance for managed SMB/Enterprise WordPress servers and addressing LAMP server-side issues through Linux/WordPress CLI, in addition to offering DNS/SSH configuration guidance. Prior experience at Apple spanned multiple roles, including Creative Pro, Genius, Technical Expert, Technical Specialist, and Product Specialist, where skills utilized included problem-solving, customer service, time management, and detailed product knowledge to effectively support and educate customers. Edwin completed education at John Paul Stevens High School from 2006 to 2009.
