Erin Barber

Erin Barber began their work experience in 1999 as a Senior Human Resources Generalist at Houghton Mifflin Harcourt. In 2005, they transitioned to Applied Materials as an HRBP. Erin then moved to Rackspace in 2011, where they held various roles including Director of HR Business Partner and Director of Corporate Strategy. In 2015, Erin joined WP Engine as the Senior Director of Employee Experience/HR. Erin was later promoted to VP of People Operations in 2018, where they oversaw various functions such as talent development, rewards, payroll, and IT.

Erin Barber holds a BA degree in History and Government, which was obtained from The University of Texas at Austin.
