Ian R.

Ian R. has a diverse work experience that spans over a decade. Ian started their career at Arise Europe in 2012, where they worked as a Customer Service Representative, resolving customer queries and issues. Ian then transitioned into a Team Lead role, managing various technical support teams for Vodafone Ireland's fixed line services. In 2018, Ian joined WP Engine as a Manager, Technical Support, leading a team and ensuring excellent customer support. Ian later progressed to the role of Senior Business Intelligence Analyst and eventually became the Lead Business Intelligence Analyst in 2022 at WP Engine.

Ian R. began their education in 2010 at Limerick Institute of Technology, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Systems and Network Management. Ian completed their undergraduate studies in 2012.

Following that, in 2013, Ian attended Limerick College of Further Education and obtained a QQI Level 6 certification in Supervisory Management in 2014. Subsequently, they pursued another QQI Level 6 certification in Employment Law, completing it in 2015.

In 2017, Ian enrolled in Limerick College of Further Education again, this time for a Graduate Diploma in ICM - Management Studies, which they completed in 2018.

Later in 2018, Ian joined Griffith College Limerick, where they pursued a BA (Hons) degree in Business Studies. Ian completed their degree in 2021.

Moving forward in their academic journey, Ian is currently attending Technological University of the Shannon, Athlone Campus, where they are studying for a Higher Diploma in Data Analytics. Ian is expected to complete this program in 2024.

Aside from their formal education, Ian has also obtained several certifications. In 2020, they earned certifications in Google Ads and HubSpot Social Media. Ian also acquired an Inbound Marketing Certification from HubSpot in the same year. In 2021, Ian completed "The Complete SQL Bootcamp 2021: Go from Zero to Hero" course offered by Udemy. Lastly, Ian obtained the certification for "Becoming An Effective Manager" from Abilitie in 2022.
