With a rich background in software and web development as a freelancer since 2010, and experience in retail management and research, including a postgraduate researcher role at Lero Centre, Jack has developed a strong technical and customer support skill set. Jack holds a Bachelor's Degree in Music, Media and Performance Technology from the University of Limerick and has also engaged in various projects including content creation on YouTube and extensive roles in media and event management.
