Jack N. is a seasoned technical support professional with extensive experience in managing support teams and delivering high-quality customer service. Currently serving as Technical Support Manager at WP Engine since December 2020, Jack previously held the position of L2 Support. Prior to WP Engine, Jack worked at Flywheel from September 2018 to December 2020 in a technical support role and gained valuable customer interaction experience during a six-year tenure at Apple from November 2012 to August 2018 in retail.
