John Schuncke has diverse experience spanning multiple industries. From May 2012 to April 2016, John served as a Landscape Foreman at Greenlife Gardens, coordinating landscape installations and training crews. Following that, John worked as a Driver for Godfather's Pizza from October 2005 to August 2009 and held the position of Assistant Manager at Jimmy John's from October 2009 to March 2014. Since April 2016, John has been with Flywheel, initially as a Happiness Engineer and currently as Team Lead, where responsibilities include providing support to customers and ensuring team training and knowledge. Additionally, John serves as Customer Support Team Lead at WP Engine since August 2018, focusing on team empowerment and customer service excellence. John holds a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Arts and Sciences from Grace University and a Web Design/Front-end Web Development degree from Interface Web School.
