Lauren Cox

Lauren Cox has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in the communications and marketing fields. Lauren most recently served as the Senior Director of Communications at WP Engine, starting in May 2022. Prior to that, they held the position of Senior Director of Internal Communications at WP Engine from April 2021 to May 2022. Before joining WP Engine, Lauren worked at Rackspace, the #1 managed cloud company, where they held the role of Director of Internal Communications from May 2015 to November 2017. Lauren also held the positions of Senior Manager of Internal Communications from December 2013 to May 2015, and Internal Communications Manager from September 2010 to December 2013. In 2010, Lauren briefly worked as Senior Marketing and Relationship Manager at the Judicial Appointments Commission. Prior to that, they held the position of Manager of Marketing and Communications at Crown Law from June 2003 to March 2010. Overall, Lauren Cox has substantial experience in senior leadership positions within the communications field.

Lauren Cox received their Bachelor of Business degree in Communications from QUT (Queensland University of Technology) from 2000 to 2002. In 2009, they also attended AFA AdSchool, studying Strategic Planning Principles.
