Matt Ellis is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in systems administration and technical support. Currently serving as a Sr. Systems Administrator at WP Engine since September 2020, Matt has successfully re-engineered JAMF Pro Cloud infrastructure and transitioned numerous macOS systems to this platform. Previous roles include managing worldwide Mac system support at Gallup and providing desktop support at Move, Inc. Matt co-founded E & S Computers, delivering consulting services, and has also worked at Apple Inc. as a Genius, providing technical support for Apple products. Matt’s career also includes roles in quality assurance and technical support across various industries, complemented by an Associate's degree in Computer Networking Systems from ITT Technical Institute.
