Mirosław Dąbrowski

Mirosław Dąbrowski serves as the Principal Agile Coach at WP Engine, where responsibilities include co-building Agile centers of excellence and implementing Agile metrics to monitor organizational performance across multiple countries. With extensive experience as a consultant, coach, and trainer, Dąbrowski is a member of the Supervisory Board at Eco5tech S.A. and a lecturer at WSB Schools of Banking and SGH Warsaw School of Economics. Additional roles include being an Enterprise Lean-Agile Transformational Coach at Agility Mentors and an Oracle Certified Trainer/Consultant. Dąbrowski has a robust history of leading Lean-Agile transformations, having previously worked as a Lean-Agile Transformational Leader at Roche. Educational qualifications include ICF coaching studies and ongoing contributions to strategic IT advisory and training.
