Patrick Kelly is a Technical Support Specialist at WP Engine, where responsibilities include providing high-quality assistance for WordPress needs through various communication channels and employing problem-solving techniques to resolve issues. As a Co-Founder of Prestige Finery, Patrick is involved in building an e-commerce platform for high-quality designer clothing and establishing partnerships with Italian wholesalers for a drop shipping operation. Previous experience includes serving as an Area Leader at McDonald's, ensuring product quality and managing stock, and completing an academic internship at the National College of Ireland, where a customer-driven web application concept was developed and presented. Patrick holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the National College of Ireland and a Leaving Certificate from Trinity Comprehensive School.
